2009 Fitness Goals And Thinking Outside The Box

Exactly 12 months ago, on the last day of December 2007, I made a new year resolution to get fit… …and I stuck with it! Is has been a year now and I have consistently stayed within my workout routine and diet plan. Thirty pounds of fat has been replaced by about 20 pounds of muscle, and my waste has shriveled from 38” to a hot and sexy 34” and sometimes 33” on a good day!

With 2009 looming and new goals in mind, I needed to figure out a way to mix things up a little and continue my fitness transformation. Here are some of the ideas I have come up with that may just work for you as well.

Work On Fitness Outside Of The Gym
I have always equated fitness and toning with “going” somewhere like a gym, fitness center or sports field. I figured that working out had it’s place in my life and that is where it would remain. This philosophy has served me well, but I just don’t have any more time to spend at the health club. So how can I increase my workout time without actually using up any real hours on the clock?

I have found the solution utilizing fitness equipment designed to tone and bring cellulite reduction during everyday activities. That fitness equipment comes in the form of MBT Athletic Shoes. How To Identify Self Limiting Beliefs

We behave in ways consistent with our beliefs and values. Certain beliefs can restrict our choices and limit our capacity to change the ways we behave. Self-limiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself that place limitations on your abilities. They may be conscious or unconscious. They may be founded or unfounded. Our limiting beliefs, the unquestioned but erroneous assumptions we hold about our own capabilities, are often held far below the level of our everyday awareness. To move ahead, you will need to become aware of your own assumptions and counter them. Think of the goal that you are in the process of setting. Try saying to yourself, specifically, that you have what it takes to achieve it – “I am a fantastic designer”, “I have superior negotiating skills”, “I am irresistible to women”. You might even want to say it out loud.

What is your immediate mental response? Does it feel wrong to tell yourself this? Did you think back to yourself, “Don’t be ridiculous, I’m really not very good”? Limiting beliefs could come from the things people said to us and about us while we grew up. Now is the time to devastate these weeds. They could also come from listening to negative people, watching/listening to negative TV and radio programs, reading negative books and magazines, and repeatedly hearing negative song lyrics. Always be on the look-out for possible sources, not fearfully, but with the view to detect and devastate them.

Or else if you don’t want to bore yourself out by simply walking and jogging around the blocks, then get a ball and hit the basket ball court or you can even go for swimming classes. Girls can sign up for the aerobics classes or any other sports classes. A good outdoor game for one hour everyday will work wonders on you! And what’s more?! It will even help you to stay beautiful since at the end of the day, you will be having a glowing face. That’s something everyone gets jealous of. Right?!
