2009 Fitness Goals And Thinking Outside The Box

December 31st, 2008 swappy No comments

Exactly 12 months ago, on the last day of December 2007, I made a new year resolution to get fit… …and I stuck with it! Is has been a year now and I have consistently stayed within my workout routine and diet plan. Thirty pounds of fat has been replaced by about 20 pounds of muscle, and my waste has shriveled from 38” to a hot and sexy 34” and sometimes 33” on a good day!

With 2009 looming and new goals in mind, I needed to figure out a way to mix things up a little and continue my fitness transformation. Here are some of the ideas I have come up with that may just work for you as well.

Acai Juice From The Acai Berry Can Help Your Overall Health

December 26th, 2008 swappy No comments

Men in their 40s need to boost their food supplement intake compared to during their younger years. It’s life’s reality that no person can escape from That’s also the time when diet plans start take the driver’s seat during meal times and his running shoes become man’s best friend. It’s the ripe moment men took a daily dose of healthy drink and food supplements, preferably those that are all organic with all the health essentials he needs, to strengthen them.

Açaí, a native fruit from Brazil, now made into health juices, smoothies, and food bars, is one thing that suits right to his needs. Acai is like red wine for the French, known for its anthocyanins, super anti-oxidants that drive toxins and radical cells from the body, doing away with cancer. It’s also like olive oil that provides fatty acids to control bad cholesterol from building up and clogging arteries. These two phytochemical elements are not similar to acai for the fact that you can take acai without limit. You can’t overdrink it. You can’t say stop taking that acai capsule or drinking that acai juice or it might have an effect like that of alcohol. So Dad who has four kids and a pretty wife to fend for every day doesn’t have to worry about his health. But of course he can’t make acai do all the job of taking care of his health. He still needs to have physical exercise regularly and have eat a balanced diet to complete the routine.

December 25th, 2008 swappy No comments

We behave in ways consistent with our beliefs and values. Certain beliefs can restrict our choices and limit our capacity to change the ways we behave. Self-limiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself that place limitations on your abilities. They may be conscious or unconscious. They may be founded or unfounded. For more detail you can visit this site beliefbusterkit.blogspot.com

Our limiting beliefs, the unquestioned but erroneous assumptions we hold about our own capabilities, are often held far below the level of our everyday awareness. To move ahead, you will need to become aware of your own assumptions and counter them. One clue that you might be holding yourself back in a particular area is the simple fact that you are having trouble making progress there.

Total Dental Care For Celebrity Teeth

December 21st, 2008 swappy 1 comment

Would you like to have fantastic celebrity teeth then you need to get the right mix of cosmetic dental and oral health products and services. You may want to invest in dental plans or dental insurance so that you get frequent dental care checks to make sure that they are in a healthy condition but you need to help maintain the work your dentist does.

Good oral health isn’t always about your teeth, often people can have problems such as halitosis and gum disease. While brushing your teeth will help take care of your teeth and your mouth, brushing won’t take care of your whole mouth. Mouth wash is a great way to get rid of bacteria as well as helping to clean parts of your teeth that brushing can’t reach.
