He or she will choose proper exercises that will be useful for you and not cause damage to your health. Besides, before you start serious training, undergo fitness tests to define your level, in order not to overload your back. If the fitness program is selected correctly, then soon you will forget about any unpleasant feelings in your back.

There exists one more very important rule for beginners – start from simple exercises and gradually turn to more complicated. In case you train hard from the very beginning, you may even get injures, or at least pull your muscles. When you gradually increase number of exercises, turn from more simple to more difficult, then your body will be grateful to you and show you a steady result.
