The Most Successful Method to Stop Smoking

March 11th, 2011 swappy No comments

I have always wondered why do people smoke, that is until I started smoking cigarettes myself in my early twenties, and found out all the great reasons a smoker has to puff. Smoking cigarettes can relax you, be it physiological or psychological, cigarettes have a nice taste to it, especially after a nice meal, with a digestif, smoking is social thing too! However, as pleasant and nice as it may be, we can’t get away from the risks of smoking, the after-effects can be devastating, depending on lots of different factors, such as given health, age, amount of physical exercise, eating habits, etc. we may still develop certain diseases due to smoking tobacco. If only we could keep doing what we’re doing without risking our health doing it. This is where the electronic cigarette comes in.

Greetings and welcome to our weekly consumer review. This week’s subject is the Electronic Cigarette. We will do an in-depth review of its pros and cons and how it works, as well as how it will affect your health. Electronic Cigarettes have been introduced quite some time ago by innovative chinese, but only recently have they really gained popularity. Following a long uphill battle Electronic Cigarettes were finally approved for sale to those of the age of majority in their state. Today e-cigarettes are all over the news, it almost seems like a new milestone in the history of smoking. It’s been said that e-cigarettes could have two advantages. The first is to help tobacco smokers to switch to e-cigs thus improving their health with time, or, and this is the second, to allow a smoker to gradually decrease their nicotine intake in steps, until they simply smoked flavored 0mg-nicotine cartridges. In other words it’s possible to smoke an electronic cigarette simply for one of its tastes like tobacco, menthol, apple, strawberry, and zero nicotine! Almost like a “portable electronic mini shisha”! It’s fair to question it’s efficiency, until you see it in action. According to smoker’s reviews it really feels and tastes like the real thing, just as if you’re holding and puffing on a good old regular king size smoke. The only difference is that the e-cigarette contains none of the many harmful ingredients cigarettes do. It’s basically a rechargeable vaporiser, consisting of a battery that powers a little atomization chamber, which in turn heats up the nicotine cartridge, thus evaporating the nicotine and glycerin, which transforms to what is essentially flavored water vapor enhaled by the smoker. The process is activated by puffing on the e-cigarette, thus activating the flow-sensor which relays a signal to the smart-chip controlling the atomisation chamber. So far the only danger uncovered in e-cigarettes is the user: a smoker may forget himself, while continually puffing until the pack’s-worth-of-nicotine cartridge runs out. Just like after smoking a pack of cigarettes, one might feel dizzy, nauseous, or experience a high heart rate. That folks, is called nicotine overdose. In this case the good outweighs the bad. To give someone a real chance to stop smoking, in itself is already a gift. Overall this new smoking product seems like a great alternative to smoking tobacco, and is well worth a try.
