<p>After a five year period of not smoking I had been stupid one night and had an impertinent puff, thinking that I had completely kicked the habit.</p>
<p>But one or two short months on and I was in a very bad way, secretly smoking in the mornings, before my hubby woke up&#8230;it was a horrible time.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d wake up at 6 in the morning and smoke twenty cigarettes like a sneak, then wash my teeth and pretend everything was fine&#8230;</p>

<p>So one day, when I was feeling especially sick and looking like an old hag in the mirror, I made a decision enough was enough, and made the choice that I was going to make giving up my no1 life target. I would do everything in my power to stop.</p>
<p>So I stopped&#8230;</p>
<p>But an hour later the longings were sufficiently bad that I pretended we required some milk and went to the shops to buy some smokes.</p>
<p>Woe is me :- (</p>
<p>Another few weeks went by and I was smoking more and more.</p>
<p>Then one day when my hubby was in the shower I made a fatal error in my secret mission to cover my smoking for all time.</p>
<p>I cracked and had a puff out the window&#8230;</p>
<p>As the initial few concerned puffs polluted my lungs the bedroom door all of a sudden swung open and there had been my husband standing in the entrance looking awfully surprised.</p>
<p>He was of course really understanding, and I confessed all of it, but I did not need him to be understanding because I knew what I was doing was awful and wrong. So that afternoon I smoked my final cigarette.</p>
<p>As I inhaled that hideous smoke into my lungs for the last time, I was scared, but my decision was final and knew I could cause it to happen.</p>
<p>That night I was watching an apple iPhone commercial informing me that there is an app for everything &#8230;. Then it struck me.</p>
<p>Maybe I could use the power of my iPhone to help kick the soiled weed.</p>
<p>I ignited the app store and typed in&#8230;&#8221;quit smoking through hypnosis&#8221;.</p>
<p>There it was, the thing I had been missing, a very rated iPhone app with glowing reviews from ex-smokers.</p>
<p>I downloaded the app and observed the instructional video&#8230;</p>
<p>Essentially, the way it works is that you lie down and hear a forty five minute session once a week that brainwashes you against smoking. You then kill the longings with a twenty-two minute booster session that keeps you robust everyday..</p>
<p>So I got comfortable and let myself be taken into the sector of hypnosis ;- )</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t remember much about the session when I woke up, and to be honest I did not feel very much different. But somehow I got through the 1st day without too much pain&#8230;</p>
<p>The day after I listened to the booster session and that became another non-smoking day.</p>
<p>Well i think you know how this story ends&#8230;</p>
<p>I was able to stay smoke-free for a month without cravings, and then for a complete year!</p>
<p>Now I class myself as a non-smoker for life, and I know it sounds cheesy, but I feel very good.</p>
<p>You might be wondering how this all happened so that you can do the same?</p>
<p>Well I am no hypnotist but for what it&#8217;s worth, I believe I was able to give up so easily because I first made the firm one hundred percent decision never to smoke again, and then had the hypnosis course to help with the cravings.</p>

<p>Anyway&#8230;the reason that most of the people put off giving up is that they have a dread of the unknown, and can&#8217;t face a life of cravings and pain that is supposed to come after you&#8217;ve give up smoking.</p>
<p>But I&#8217;m here to tell you that it does not need to be like that&#8230;</p>
<p>People desire smoke because they do not actually assume they can give up. They sit there hours and just wait to give in.</p>
<p>This plays right into the hands of the smoking obsession as it removes your confidence, so there&#8217;s a tiny voice inside your head that says you will never give up.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m now going to give you the keys to the dominion. The way i was ready to go from 40 a day to nil, without any of the dumb patches or anything like that at all .</p>
<p>1. I was really sick of smoking and feeling awfully ill, so I made the decision that like it or not I had smoked my last ciggie.</p>
<p>There was no doubt in my mind even though I knew I&#8217;d have cravings for a few weeks. Simply deciding once and for all removes the strength of the longings.</p>
<p>2. I was delighted to ultimately be a non-smoker and it filled me with joy each day to contemplate it.</p>
<p>So now you know the technique I used, let me take you through a few of the things that happen when i quit smoking.</p>
<p>Challenging stuff</p>
<p>- You&#8217;ll be afraid to see your friends if you typically smoke around them&#8230;but after your first night out staying smoke free, the sensation of attainment will turn into a enormous boost.</p>
<p>- You will begin to have dreams about smoking and wake up feeling like you have failed. But it is a great feeling to realize that you&#8217;re still on the truck!</p>
<p>- you&#8217;ll notice that you feel a touch depressed for a couple of weeks. Understand that your body is just missing the Nicotine and this feeling will pass quite shortly.</p>
<p>Good stuff</p>
<p>- You&#8217;ll find it easier to get up in the morning.</p>
<p>- You&#8217;ll feel happier and more full of energy than each before.</p>
<p>- Your breath will be fresh and clean.</p>
<p>- You&#8217;ll have more money in your pocket.</p>
<p>- You&#8217;ll have bigger self-esteem knowing that you&#8217;re in control of your own destiny.</p>
<p>- Food will taste better than it has in years.</p>

<p>For several years I was a secret smoker and didn&#39;t tell my folks about my habit.</p>
<p>I told myself that if they didn&#39;t know it was a positive because then I would smoke less, but to be truthful I believe that I was just fooling myself.</p>
<p>The reality is that I felt embarrassed and cunning &#8230; And also had a lot of anxiousness that they would find out my secret.</p>
<p>So for a year I attempted a complete range of <a href="http://shl2000.com/easywaytoquitsmoking" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://shl2000.com/easywaytoquitsmoking';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">stop smoking</a> strategies including&#8230;.</p>

	Laser care &#8211; didn&#39;t even stop<br />
	Cold turkey &#8211; 2 day fail</p>
<p>I&#39;m so feeble ;- )</p>
<p>Nothing appeared to work till my best friend got me the Allen Carr book for a birthday present.</p>
<p>The thing about Allen carr is that he used to be a chain smoker and then one day he gave up using hypnosis.</p>
<p>But he wasn&#39;t prepared to except that the hypnosis was sorcery, so he probably did a complete load of analysis and discovered the reasons that hypnosis can often make giving up so simple.</p>
<p>Let me ask you a question&#8230;</p>
<p>Has there ever been a time in the moment when you went for 3 or 4 hours without a smoke, and didn&#39;t even think about it. ?</p>
<p>Me too ;- )</p>
<p>What Allen did was discover how this works step-by-step, and how it&#39;s possible for you to lengthen this relaxed feeling to make relinquishing a piece of cake.</p>
<p>His method is easy and it fundamentally goes this way :</p>
<p>1. Make a last, 100% decision to give up.<br />
	2. Be content that you don&#39;t have smoke anymore.</p>
<p>I know this sounds rather like a joke but there are some key ideas you want to learn before you can actually feel assured with what I just said.</p>
<p>Well I&#39;m no exspert , but for what it&#39;s worth, I think I was able to give up so easily because I first made the firm a hundred percent decision never to smoke again, and then had the hypnosis course to help with the longings.</p>
